For those cold mornings when your hands and feet feel the bite of the frost:
Usage: Combine 2 drops of Black Pepper with a teaspoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Application: Massage vigorously into the bottoms of the feet or onto cold hands 1–2 times daily to encourage warmth and healthy circulation.
